We have been awarded an America 250 grant through the Idaho State Historical Society. These funds will be used to improve our “Main Street” exhibit in the annex building. Partial walls will section the building into “bays” inspired by the early businesses in the county. We hope to include a post office, a bakery/café, and a laundry. Signage will be placed throughout the building explaining the history of the items and the growth of local businesses. Additionally, signs will be added to many of the farming implements outside, to identify the equipment, how it was used, and its connection to the Twin Falls area.
We are very excited about these additions. The process will take until summer 2026 to complete. We will post pictures to update you on the changes and additions!
