The second Saturday in July we are inviting anyone with a classic or vintage vehicle to come park on the lawn, or out front and visit with others that have the same interest. Bring a lawn chair and spend the afternoon or stay just a short time, it's up to you. There is shade out back much of the day and on the west side of the front parking lot. This is just a get together to promote interest in the Union School building and the Historical Museum. No fee to display your vehicle and admission to the museum is also free.
Saturday, June 11 the museum is hosting Andrew Vawser with his documentary "Conquest of the Snake". We open at noon with the showing of the film at 1. The public is invited to attend and we will determine how to arrange the viewing depending on the number of visitors. Andy will answer questions and discuss the making of the movie. It may be possible to show the film later in the afternoon as well.
We will be closing early Wednesday the 8th for a board meeting off the museum grounds. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and if we missed you, we hope you will return to visit. Thanks for your support.
