In 2014 the Union School Building turned 100 years old. Spring of 1968 the last classes were held and students were transferred to Twin Falls or Filer. The building was purchases from the school district by the county to be used as a museum and the Twin Falls County Historical Society has operated it since. The most recent improvement being made to the building is the restoration of the east bank of large windows on the main floor. The window sashes were removed April 30 and transported to the restoration shop in Canby Oregon. They are scheduled to be returned before June 1.
