It has been a strange journey throughout the year, but overall, the museum was able to function reasonably well. We received quite a few new donations, including the threshing machine pictured below. Floyd Miller donated and the Twin Falls Canal Company moved it for us. Many thanks to everyone involved as it was a big endeavor we couldn't have done without their assistance. There have been a number of changes at the museum this year, the addition of 4 new members to the board, Ashley Haycock hired to take over the administrative position, some painting and other building improvements, additional displays, and a new "walking tour" project. The fire engine had some work done on the brakes and we took it to Filer and Buhl for the parades. A check for $5,000 from the "Conquest of the Snake" video and donation from the Paxton family will get us started on the walking tour project. Doug Lincoln got us set up at the Twin Falls County Fair. There was a wedding in the back yard - and the lecture series was successful again. 2020 could have been worse, but we are anxious to see what 2021 brings.
